Santa Fun Run!

Aid Reaching Children's Annual Santa Fun Run will be on Sunday 18th December 2011. The Fun Run is one of A.R.C's biggest fund raisers and last year raised over £9,000. This year we are setting a target of 400 runners/walkers and encouraging teams to enter with sleighs, reindeers etc and for everyone to get in a real festive mood. Because of the weather last year the bikers didn't participate, but the previous year over 30 bikers took part and again this year we are inviting all motorcycle clubs to join in the fun. You can now register down at Aladdin's Cave who are kindly sponsoring the Run again this year.

Bikers will be setting off on their island run at 11.30am from Pembroke car park. Runners will also set off at 11.30 from Pembroke heading along Route Militaire to the half way and on to the Town Church. Walkers welcome.

You MUST bring your sponsorship forms and money to the start of the run. A.R.C are keen to see how many santa's they can get on the road and for it to be FUN as well as raising money for a very worthwhile cause. Entry fee is £5 and a Santa suit may also be purchased for a nominal fee of £1 with all proceeds going to Aid Reaching Children. Medals will be presented to all runners that finish the run and goodie bags will be given to all junior runners.

We hope to make this the biggest Fun event again this year so don't delay get yourselves down to Aladdin's Cave and get registered early. If you fancy bringing your dogs with you they are welcome but please keep them on their leads. Look forward to seeing you all at the start of the race.
